The Scottsdale Golf League is a private, membership only golf league.  For the SGL to consider your application for Membership, we REQUIRE all applicants to provide CURRENT, ACTIVE, VALID and VERIFIABLE, OFFICIAL GHIIN Handicap Index information. Applications that do not have a valid Index from an OFFICIAL Handicap Service, or do not include all required information, will be rejected.  If you have an alternate index provider and would like to establish an official GHIN, reach out to us at info@TheSGL.org to see how we can help.

The Index you provide must show a MINIMUM of 6 Revision Dates as of the day your application is submitted, which will be verified by the SGL Handicap Chairperson. Applicants with less than 6 Revision dates will be rejected. You may reapply after your 6th Revision Date is published by your provider.
