Golf 48, formerly Hornacek's Golf has been a long time sponsor of the Scottsdale Golf League and serves as the golf club fitter/provider for the league as well as the official sponsor for The SGL Cup, our version of the Ryder Cup.  Michael Savoie and Larry Gentry took over Hornacek's Golf in 2024 and have continued their support of the SGL.

The SGL Cup sponsored by Golf 48 consists of two 20 member teams that competes over 2 days in a Ryder Cup style Match Play event that has long been the most anticipated event of the season.  Members accumulate points throughout the year based on where they place in each event and the top 40 members in the standings are invited to compete in this annual post season event.
